WHAT TO EXPECT

We all know and love classic cocktails, but do we know why they’re so famous? The best way to find out is to taste them all!

Join us for cocktails and charcuterie as we take over the bar at The Alpine, a Junction hotspot known for European inspired food and expertly prepared drinks. Sip on 5 classic cocktails, each famous in their own right, while learning how to make them yourself.

This one-time event showcases the lesser-known stories behind famous cocktails throughout the ages, paired with a charcuterie spread that can be crafted for meat and cheese lovers or simplified for a vegetarian option.

In true Tastes & Tales fashion, we’ll be showcasing each recipe while discussing the unexpected reasons these cocktails became mixologist staples. Taste for yourself and see why the classics are still popular to this day!

It is our utmost priority to follow the government’s regulations surrounding COVID-19 health and safety. Dinner will be held indoors with tables spaced at least 6 feet apart and a maximum of 6 guests per table.  In line with Toronto guidelines, face coverings will be required upon entry and any time guests are not seated at their table.
