Smoked BBq Ribs
Sometimes the simplest of recipes can be the most mouthwatering! As long as you have a smoker, you can make these restaurant quality BBQ back ribs right in your back yard.
What you'll need
Applewood chips (or your preferred wood chips)
BBQ sauce of your choice
Pork back ribs
- 1. Place ribs in your smoker at 225-250°F for 1-2 hours to get that smokey flavour started.
2. Cover with bbq sauce and wrap ribs in tin foil.
3. Finish cooking on the barbecue at low temp for about 30 mins to an hour (depending on your preference) to tenderize the meat and crisp up the top layer of sauce.
4. Serve with a side of extra bbq sauce and devour!
