All ticket purchases are final sale and non-refundable, however they are transferable. If you’re not able to make it, feel free to gift your tickets to a friend. Otherwise, email [email protected] a minimum of 48 hours before the tour date. With notice, we may be able to exchange your ticket for a different date/time or replace it with a gift certificate.
Tickets must be purchased ahead of time through our website to ensure there will be space for you in the tour group. Acceptable forms of payment include Mastercard, Visa, Discover card or American Express. You may purchase gift certificates or book a private party this way, though tickets for pre-scheduled public tours are also transferable.
Tours operate rain or shine and run following our calendar posted here. In rare instances of severe weather conditions, including lightning or ice storms, a tour may be rescheduled for your safety. We ask that all participants dress appropriately for the weather expected and wear comfortable footwear for walking. Walking times are listed along with each tour description for your convenience.
Depending on the tour, some smaller restaurants may not be able to accommodate wheelchairs. Please contact [email protected] at the time your ticket is purchased.
Please email [email protected] at the time of ticket purchase to inform us of your specific dietary restriction. This information is imperative to ensure the safety of each tour guest. Gluten-free and vegetarian tasting menus can be arranged, but we cannot provide 100% vegan options at this time.
Each tour offers a different selection of menu items. In general, you will be provided with enough food to replace one meal and at least two beverages. The types of food vary to reflect our favourite selections in the touring area and may or may not include alcoholic beverages. For more details, see the relevant experience page.
Children ages 6 – 12 are able to join the tour at a discounted price listed on the purchase page. If a child younger than 6 is accompanying you, they may join us free of charge. We just ask that you email [email protected] at the time of ticket purchase to inform us of the number of younger guests and whether or not you will have a stroller. Due to space restrictions, not all tour stops can accommodate strollers.
